KOSINSKI Esther L, 79, Erie, Pa. died Saturday afternoon, May 5, 2001, at the Manor at Carpenters in Lakeland, FL after a short illness. She was born in Corry, PA., May 29, 1921, daughter of the late Joseph and Clara DuPont Consider. She lived in Erie most of her life. She was a volunteer with the Niagara League, Girl Scouts, First Night Erie, Friends of the Library and Office of Children Youth Foster Care.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace A. Kosinski, Sr., in 1978, two brothers, Edward and Hugh Consider and one sister, Edith Granger and a stepson, Wallace A. Kosinski, Jr. She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Kosinski of Erie, and Peggy Farris and her husband, Roger of Lakeland, FL., one brother, Ralph W. Consider and his wife Lois of Bristow, VA., three grandchildren, Cheryl Palaszewski and her husband Chris of Erie, Gwen Streeter and her husband Brian of St.
Petersburg, FL, and Eric Stubenhofer and his wife Holly of Erie, a foster grandhchild, Jessica, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt and Son Funeral Home, 2926 Pine Ave, Tuesday 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A service will be held there Wednesday at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Laurel Cemetery.. |
